…se distinguen de la fauna animal porque esta fauna en el congreso peruano está representada por una mayoría depredadora, que aparte de ser inmoral, es bruta y achorada; que fiel a su instinto y su poder, nunca les importó, ni en consideración a la ley natural de supervivencia, mantener el equilibrio. Peor ahora, que se sienten muy amenazados “tienen que defenderse”, de los depredados, con la cacareada vacancia presidencial.
En el Perú, mejor dicho, en Lima, donde se concentra, queramos o no el poder económico, político y administrativo, los peruanos depredados de todo el país, estamos siendo testigos – a consecuencia de la elección democrática de Pedro Castillo como Presidente de la Republica – de actitudes bastante prepotentes, antidemocráticas, excluyentes y racistas de pequeños grupos sociales corruptos que toda su vida han vivido de los beneficios derivados de la concentración de estos poderes y desde donde se domina a todas las regiones del país, al otro Perú.
Ese otro Perú, de los dos que existen, como dice mi amigo periodista Fernando Najar Freyre, el de los dominadores y el de los dominados, el de los depredadores y los depredados, ese otro Perú que no es Lima, pero si sus alrededores en los cerros que le rodean, por fin ahora tienen su Presidente, un Presidente que los representa. Después de 200 años de dominación de la derecha, de esa elite oligárquica que todavía vive en tiempos de la colonia acostumbrada a hacer lo que quería en el país como si este fuera su fundo; esa derecha plutócrata compuesta por estos pequeños grupos, muy poderosos económicamente y también acostumbrados a gobernar políticamente desde la oscuridad mediante sus titeres en todos los poderes del Estado hoy SE SIENTEN AMENAZADOS, y al decir de analistas políticos, han sido aplastados por su propia maquinaria y ESTAN DESESPERADOS porque presienten que nunca más van a recuperar el poder que tuvieron.
La derecha política de este país, que toda su vida ha sido angurrienta, mezquina, estúpida e imbécil, ha hecho mucho daño al país, no han construido y contribuido a su desarrollo, el poder que han manejado lo utilizaron siempre para preservar sus intereses y privilegios indebidos, por eso, ahora con el poder político prácticamente fuera de sus manos y con el pueblo alerta y en sus contra: tendrán que pagar los impuestos que nunca pagaban; van a perder sus privilegios indebidos; ven amenazada su voracidad depredadora e ilegal que acaban con nuestras riquezas minerales y energéticas; que acaban con nuestros bosques y la diversidad que en ellas se encuentra; que ven peligrar sus grandes negociados que atentaban contra la producción nacional; que ve peligrar las grandes lavanderías de activos provenientes del narcotráfico; esa derecha que se tira más 30 mil millones de soles cada año, solo en corrupción, etc. está en pánico. Está viendo al Tunchi (espíritu maligno de la selva)
Esa derecha amenazada y en peligro de extinción en el Perú, en su desesperación ahora está utilizando todos los recursos de que dispone para conspirar abiertamente, con total descaro, contra el poder legítimamente constituido: utiliza sus medios de comunicación de alcance nacional con todos sus empleados dentro; utiliza “periodistas independientes”, “opinadores independientes”, “abogados constitucionalistas”, utiliza al Presidente del Banco Central de Reserva; a cierto sector radical y ultraconservador de la iglesia; utiliza a grupos de conspiradores como “La Cofradía del Pisco”, personajes como Mario Vargas el escribidor y por supuesto no pueden faltar, y de estos nos vamos a ocupar ahora en este post: la fauna congresal de derecha y ultra derecha, compuesta por gente inmoral acogidos por partidos de igual calaña como Fuerza Popular, Renovación Popular, Avanza País, Alianza Para el Progreso, Acción Popular, Partido Morado, Podemos Perú. Somos Perú, que juntos, cuando conviene a sus intereses, gozan de una aparente mayoría; mayoría absolutamente improductiva, que en tres meses aprobó una sola ley, la ley que disponía la cremación del cadáver del terrorista Abimael Guzmán; no les importa trabajar para resolver los urgentes problemas del país.
Mientras el pueblo pobre, los depredados, todos los días se matan trabajando por sobrevivir, que según el Instituto Nacional de Estadística e Informática INEI, forman parte del 40% de la población en pobreza y pobreza extrema, están esperando que estos políticos, los congresistas que eligieron, también lo hagan, que trabajen para hacer frente a la crítica situación del país, ven y comprueban que a la mayoría de estos congresistas, que cuestan una millonada de plata de los contribuyentes, no les interesa trabajar para superar los problemas de la salud, la educación, la reactivación económica empeorada por la pandemia del Covid 19, a la cual se suman la inseguridad ciudadana agravada por la migración de venezolanos y colombianos, estos últimos, vienen a lavar dinero sucio producto del narcotráfico en su país, incentivan la migración de gente pobre de la costa y la sierra hacia la Amazonía, para invadir tierras de las comunidades indígenas con el objetivo de sembrar coca para la producción de cocaína; y al mismo tiempo, incentivan la invasión de los ríos de la selva baja de la Amazonia para extraer oro ilegal; y tantos otros problemas más, como la depredación de los bosques amazónicos para la extracción ilegal de la madera. Prácticas que destrozan y contaminan el medio ambiente amazónico atentando contra la biodiversidad, la economía y el futuro de quienes lo habitan. Todo esto, a la fauna congresal no le interesa.
Para la fauna congresal solo es urgente vacar al Presidente de la Republica
LOS CRITICOS PROBLEMAS DE ESTE PAÍS NO EXISTEN PARA ESTA FAUNA CONGRESAL REPRESENTANTE DE LA DERECHA PERUANA. PARA LA MAYORIA DE ESTOS ANIMALES EL UNICO PROBLEMA DEL PERÚ ES EL PRESIDENTE Y EL EQUIPO DE MINISTROS QUE EL ESCOGE. SI NO SON PERSONAJES MIEMBROS DE SUS RED CRIMINAL HAY QUE SACARLOS DEL PODER COMO SEA Y HAY QUE VACAR AL PRESIDENTE
Esta fauna congresal, que después de haber pedido la confianza al pueblo, lloraron y se vistieron de payasos para ganar sus votos con la promesa de mejorar sus condiciones de vida, ahora ya no se acuerdan de sus promesas, excluyeron a los dominados y sus intereses de sus agendas. Y para colmo, congresistas supuestamente representantes de los intereses de sus regiones, ese otro mundo que no es Lima según el Periodista Fernando Najar Freyre, ahora engrosan las filas de estos depredadores, AHORA APOYAN LA CAUSA, APOYAN LA VACANCIA DE UN PRESIDENTE CONSTITUCIONAL DEL PERU y apoyan las estúpidas acciones que toma la mayoría de esta fauna bruta y achorada que lo primero que hizo para dizque joder la gestión del gobierno fue conformar una estúpida Comisión para investigar el fraude en la elección del Presidente. Fraude que nunca pudieron demostrar.
Seguidamente, esta mayoría de la fauna congresal, todos, al unísono bajo la batuta de Jorge Montoya – un cavernario ex almirante, que todo el Perú lo repudia por sus propuestas idiotas y porque parece el presidente del congreso – y apoyados por los medios de comunicación basura que hacen las veces de cajas de resonancia de sus estupideces, empezaron a cuestionar la designación hecha por el Presidente, al amparo de su derecho constitucional, del Premier y algunos de sus ministros argumentando boberías, pidiendo sean cambiados, condicionando y presionando con amenazas el voto de confianza que el congreso debe otorgar al gabinete ministerial para continuar con el desarrollo de sus planes de trabajo en bien del país.
Unidos para conspirar.
Esta fauna congresal bruta y achorada, esta dispuesta a todo por la vacancia presidencial, pero como es tan bruta, no se dieron cuenta que si censuraban al gabinete no dándole la confianza ya tenían un punto perdido de los dos que tiene a su favor el ejecutivo para cerrarlo, optaron por dar la confianza al gabinete, para sacar supuestamente un as que tenían bajo la manga, el que a través de la Comisión de Constitución del Congreso, presidida por una criminal, se aprobara un Proyecto de Ley que limita al Poder Ejecutivo a plantear la cuestión de confianza, desde ya nada amparado por la Constitución, pero igual, ya lo aprobaron por insistencia, y ahora según ellos ya pueden seguir jodiendo la gobernabilidad en el país, obstaculizar la gestión de gobierno de Pedro Castillo y sacarlo de la Presidencia de la Republica sin que no les pase nada. Otra vergüenza para estas bestias, que lo único que están logrando con sus estúpidas acciones, es despertar al pueblo excluido y olvidado, a los desposeídos, a los depredados que estaban agazapados y al acecho, para hacer sentir su presencia y su PODER.
El pueblo, los depredados, ya se dieron cuenta, ya están saliendo a las calles a pedir que se cierre este congreso; piden una nueva Constitución; piden que se renegocie el contrato del gas de Camisea y otros contratos negativos para los intereses del país; piden cárcel y muerte civil para los corruptos.
El pueblo, los depredados, están saliendo a defender su gobierno. Dicen que están listos, para cuando se de la oportunidad, 300,000 ronderos dispuestos para marchar hacia Lima y sitiarlo y defender a todo el Perú.
Pedro Castillo, el Presidente Constitucional del Perú ya les dijo y les hizo llegar este mensaje a la fauna congresal corrupta:
